One Big Cookie...

This year  for the holidays we wanted to make something special for our amazing neighbors.

Who would love a giant cookie-cake-pie-gooey-goodness delivered to their door?

Here's the recipe to make a big delicious cookie!

Ingredients:

3/4 c butter-softened to room temperature

1 c light brown sugar

2 large eggs + 1 yolk

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 c all purpose flour

2 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.

Combine and beat the butter and sugar until creamy and smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla on medium until completely combined. Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Slowly  add mix to wet ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips.

The cookie dough is really thick! Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan & bake for 20-25 minutes.

Let the cookie cool completely prior to frosting!
