holiday floral headband

i love a good flower crown.

they're so pretty,
and girly,
and lovely.

but when we think of a flower crown,
we think of a warm summer night.

well friends,
not anymore!

learn how to make your very own holiday floral headband.
 perfect for holiday parties,
get togethers,
and that darling Christmas card you're planning on sending out!
 1. faux flowers.
[i chose reds, blacks, and deep purples.]

2. a headband.
[find it at Micheal's or the dollar store!]

 3. scissors.

4. glue gun.

 1. cut the flowers off the stem.

2. start at the top middle of the headband and glue your flowers on, working down.
[you can make a pattern,
or randomly place your flowers.]

3. when you get to the last 5 inches of your headband,
start to pull your flowers apart making them smaller.
[this will help make ensure your headband doesn't look WAY to big for your head.]

4. continue gluing smaller flowers downwards until there is roughly an inch and half of your headband exposed.
[the exposed headband is the part that goes behind your ears!]

isn't that easy?!
post your photos of you wearing your fabulous holiday floral headband.
and remember to tag @e_and_elle on instagram.
