DIY: Lush Bath Bombs

Everyone loves a nice hot fizzy bath.
Why spend $7 a bomb, when you can make a whole batch for half the price!

Here is what you will need:
(makes about 8-9 bombs)

Dry Ingredients
2 cups baking soda
1 cup citric acid
1 cup corn starch
1 cup epson salt

Wet Ingredients
3/4 TB water
2 tsp. essential/fragrance oil
2 1/2 TB olive oil
3 drops of food coloring

You will also need:
wisk
clear fillable ornament (i found mine at hobby lobby [here])

1. Mix your dry ingredients with the wisk.
2. Mix your wet ingredients.
3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture until fully combined.
4. Fill your ornament with the bath bomb mixture. Make sure it is tightly pressed into the mold!

5. Gently tap the sides of the ornament with a spoon to loosen the mold.
6. Release the mold carefully

7. Place your bath bomb on a piece of parchment paper and let dry for 3+ hours

That's it!

During the holidays, these would make adorable little friend gifts or stocking stuffers!

Get soaking & enjoy your fizzy bath!
